I live in Philadelphia and our new home is being built in Delaware, so were only able to visit the home site on the weekends. However, every week I was so amazed with the progress.

The Frame is up already......

A week after they broke ground to my surprise the frame was up. I couldn't believe how much work they were able to complet in a weeks time.

Preconstruction Meeting & Construction

One day after the preconstruction meeting with the project manager we received our approval. Surprisingly, two days later I received a phone call notifying me that construction had begun. I don't think I was ever that happy to see a hole in the ground in my life!  

After months of searching.......

Our journey began in March of this year, we look at models in different locations by various builders and ultimately deciding to build with Ryan Homes. I have to admit this has been the most exciting nerve-racking experience ever. After selecting the Homestyle (Sienna), site and signing the contract. Me and my wife spent three hours picking out carpet color, vinyl floor color, hardwood floor color, appliance package, lighting fixtures, cabinet colors, siding color, shutters etc. A view days later we met with the rep from Guardian to select the alarm system, pre-wiring for televisions, phone and cable jacks. All this before receiving the approval from NVR.
